ACMEOLOGICAL APPROACH TO THE PROBLEM OF PROFESSIONALISM OF THE FUTURE ENGINEER

The article proposes acmeologial approach as a condition of formation of a professional and creative personality of an engineer in the context of ensuring the continuity of education. As it is noted that engineers must have abilities to creative development of their professional sphere, since they are the key factors in the social and economic spheres of the society, the demand in formation of professional and creative skills for improvement of professional training of future engineers at higher school is proved. The main advantages of acmeological approach over the other approaches in formation of the individual professionalism is studied.
