Annotation: |
The results of research of the author on the problem of implementation of consulting (administrative) function of higher educational institution focusing on its roles in stimulation of development of higher education institutions as centers of creation and realization of innovations are presented in the article. Consulting is examined as the process and result of implementation of administrative function of higher education institution. In the course of its implementation the participants acquire, in the mode of imitation, the innovative experience of implementation of professional activity which is practically available. This process promotes development of their professional and personal and social competences necessary for innovative activity. Humanistic nature of the carried-out communicative interaction with colleagues promotes motivation for practical introduction of innovations. Thanks to the synergy effect, innovative development at the level of certain specialist of higher educational institution promotes functioning of its entire organizational system in this mode. |
