SPHERE APPROACH TO TRAINING SPECIALISTS IN HUMANITIES

The purpose of this article is to state the need for a change in the system of training at higher educational institutions of Russia in the period of reform. The current system does not always take into account the special features of the social sphere in the training of future professionals and develops the necessary competencies. The article emphasizes the importance of applying the sphere approach in the process of training of specialists in the social sphere. The functions of the social sphere are defined in the article. It is stated that the functions of the social sphere are the same as the functions of the higher education. The definition of the sphere approach is given. The importance and the necessity of this approach for the professional training are highlighted.
