The article examines the category of «professional culture» and presents the contents of fractals derivatives included in its composition from the standpoint of system-synergetic approach, through the method of fractal. While explaining the essence of the designated concept, the authors have combined knowledge distributed in various fields into a single system, have given the study a multidisciplinary, multidimensional status, have creatively assimilated the socio-pedagogical experience, and on that basis have provided a scientific justification to the structure of presented phenomenon and the mechanisms of its formation. In this context, synergetic paradigm extends capabilities of the methodological foundations of pedagogy and allows a different approach to the problem of the development of alternative approaches to formation of psychological and spiritual phenomena that constitute the basis of professional culture of the personality of the contemporary teacher, and analyzes its formation, regardless of external and internal influencing factors.
