The article explains the concept of communication management, its goals and objectives in the process of development of entrepreneurial structures. Specific features of process innovations in business are examined. Communication management is discussed as a scientific discipline studying and systemizing the main principles of communications management. The necessity of communicative competences of specialists of the process business is justified. The process of arrangement of technological businesses in contemporary conditions is shown. The main tools of e-commerce in the process business are examined.
