COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT OF INVESTMENT CLIMATE OF RURAL SETTLEMENT

| Annotation: | This paper proposes methodology for comprehensive assessment of investment climate of rural settlement in the context of two subsystems: the investment attractiveness and investment activity. Definition of the integral level of investment potential is carried out by summing up of all indicators of individual potentials with their further division by the number of values taken into account. Integrated assessment of investment activity is recommended to perform according to the formula of multivariate average value using the rate and per capita indicators. The proposed scale of evaluation of the integral level allows interpreting the results of calculations and ranking the rural settlements in five groups of investment activity within the boundaries of the municipal district. |
