STATE-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT IN THE REGIONS OF RUSSIA

Interest of business in the state support is growing in modern conditions, which allows not only considerably reducing risks of private investments, but also increasing reliability of investment projects. In this regard, PPP as a certain symbiosis of the state and business is more often considered as one of the most important mechanisms of the private capital attraction for solution of the social and economic problems. The article examines the issue of strategy of the social and economic development of the regions via the tool of public-private partnership, including improvement of the regulatory-legal basis, introduction of modern administrative and financial instruments into the PPP, development and modernization of the capacity of existing and the newly developed PPP centers, and implementation of demonstration projects in certain regions of Russia.
