COMMINGLED MODEL OF TARIFFS SETTING OF THE KEMEROVO REGION

Annotation:

The article examines the modern models of the «commingled» method of tariffs setting in electric power engineering and their characteristics that affect the relations between network companies and distribution companies, as well as the problems, disadvantages and advantages of the presented «commingled» models of tariff setting are discussed. None of the above models are optimal; however, each of the proposed models can be improved. After the conducted analysis, recommendations were prepared for elimination of the shortcomings of existing systems and combined model of the «commingled» method was proposed as the most optimal one. This work could serve as a driving force for improvement of the economic policy of relations between the energy companies of the Kemerovo region and other regions.
