YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT IN RUSSIA

| Annotation: | The article examines status of the modern youth at the labor market. The work presents theoretical material on the problem under consideration. Definition of the unemployed is specified. Job searching methods used by young people are provided. The essence of youth unemployment is disclosed, namely its age composition and the type of the settlement are considered; the reasons of low competitiveness of young people at the labor market are established. Features of youth unemployment are analyzed. The major factors complicating employment of youth are determined. Statistical data of the level of youth unemployment in Russia are provided by age groups and by the type settlements for 2015. Actions for improvement of the situation at the youth labor market are proposed. |
