| Annotation: | The article examines the issues actual for Russian heat power industry efficiency of consumers’ transition to the individual heat points. Prerequisites for reconstruction of heat supply system are described. Domestic and foreign experience is investigated. Methods for evaluating effectiveness of the investment projects are developed. The article describes positive and negative effects of implementation of consumers’ transition from CHP to IHP. The author evaluated effectiveness of the «pilot» project in the city of Novosibirsk. The paper presents recommendations aimed at improving effectiveness of the implemented measures in the field of heat supply. |
