| Annotation: | The article analyzes statistical data on housing in the Russian Federation for the period from 2011 to 2015 and proposes the mechanism for resolving the problem of housing provision of the Russians. The conclusion is made about the loss of the budgetary funds due to implementation of the housing construction project at the priority development areas and about construction volumes, which can payback the investments. The volume of tax earnings from the housing construction is forecasted, which complies with the existing mechanism of taxation and application of the law «On the territories of advanced socio-economic development in the Russian Federation» for regional development. |
