ENCOURAGING ENTREPRENEURSHIP — POTENTIAL FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE COUNTRY

The article provides an analysis of effectiveness of the decisions made by the state for stimulation of business activity. Modern state and prospects of socio-economic development of Russia is largely determined by the nature of relationship between the public authorities and the social group of businessmen and entrepreneurs. The decisions made by the government, specific actions of the representatives of state bodies regarding the entrepreneurs, as well as the way the entrepreneurs perceive these decisions and actions depend on the nature of economic reforms implementation in the country and the peculiarities of the Russian business.
