THEORETICAL PREREQUISITES OF ORGANIZATIONAL FORMS OF THE INTER-FIRM COOPERATION OF THE FOREST WASTE PROCESSING COMPANIES

This article presents the issues of evolution of the organizational systems for the past 25 years showing the market-based approaches, which do not always guarantee maximum economic effect. The different views and approaches to explanation of the phenomenon of the inter-firm networks are summarized. We have formulated a synergistic approach to the organizational forms of the interfirm co-operation and the content of principles: coherence, not linearity of the result, increasing returns, and search priority. The conditions required for emergence of cluster are presented; the problems of coordination within the network are revealed, and the shell company is proposed as the main coordinating body.
