Annotation: |
The article examines the issue of improvement the personnel reserve formation and the tools for its implementation. Requests of the companies’ management systems for methodical provision of assessment of the costs recovery invested in formation of the personnel reserve are stated. Development of the structural and substantive content of the personnel reserve technology is characterized. The new methodical approach to the personnel reserve formation is justified based on two criteria characteristics: effectiveness of the candidate to the reserve and the power of his motivation for professional growth. The results of testing of the proposed method are provided, which confirm the economic feasibility of its introduction. |
