ISSUES FOR EVALUATING EFFECTIVENESS OF THE SOCIAL PROJECTS IMPLEMENTATION

| Annotation: | The article examines the issue urgent for the Russian economic, which is assessment of effectiveness of the social projects. The impossibility of assessment of such projects using traditional methods of commercial effectiveness assessment is demonstrated on the example of the filter cake of sewage treatment plants of Novosibirsk. The search for alternative schemes of financing, implementation of the principles of public-private partnerships, estimation of socio-economic and budget efficiency besides the commercial one are required. The article investigated the theoretical basis of investment activities, discussed the project of the cake of treatment facilities processing in Novosibirsk, described its environment, identified integrated indicators, and conducted sensitivity analysis. |
