| Annotation: | The article examines the number of questions concerning the features of the administrative responsibility in the field of road transport and traffic, as well as the current state and dynamics of development of the legal regulation and scientific developments in this area. Special attention is paid to studying of the features of manifestation of the administrative responsibility in the field of road transport and traffic. Classification of the main groups of administrative offenses in the area under consideration is given. The most problematic collisions and gaps in the legislation affecting deformation of the law enforcement in the field of traffic are researched. The reasoned judgments for its enhancement are stated. Court practice is provided. |
