ANALYSIS OF SANCTIONS OF PUNITIVE PARTS THE CRIMINAL LAW OF ARTICLE 332 OF THE RF CRIMINAL CODE

Military servicemen are criminally responsible on the bases similar for all citizens regardless of the military rank and position. However, taking into account peculiarities of the legal status they can be held accountable for committing not only common, but specific, military crimes. Combating crimes against military service is a social problem solved by all means available for the society. There is a need for punitive parts of all the penal regulations of article 332 of the criminal code sanctions in the form of imprisonment as an alternative punishment related to the military service. Accordingly, the punitive part of the second penal provisions of art. 322 of the criminal code shall be converted structurally into the alternative one through introduction of sanctions consisting of military punishment.
