PRIVATE DETECTIVE (INVESTIGATION) ACTIVITY AS A KIND OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article argues in favor of the fact that currently the private detective (investigation) activity has entrepreneurial qualities. On the basis of comprehensive analysis the definition of private detective (investigation) activity is given as a kind of entrepreneurship, which is meant as an independent activity carried out at the sole risk of individual entrepreneurs (private detectives) having license for its fulfillment and registered as such in accordance with the procedure established by the law, aimed at systematical deriving profit from the provision of detective services for ensuring protection of rights and legitimate interests of the individuals and legal entities on the contractual paid-for basis.
