THE LEASE AGREEMENT OF LAND PLOTS WITH REAL ESTATE FACILITIES, THE SPECIFICS OF LEGAL REGULATION

The problem of legal regulation of lease agreement, in which the lease object are the land plots occupied by the real estate facilities is examined in the article. The author puts forward the idea that the correlation of the legal regime of two real estate objects, which operation is not possible without each other, contributes to development of the long-term contractual relations between the parties. It is concluded that the lease of land, on which construction is being performed by the lessee, and the lease agreement of land complicated by already constructed buildings and structures are actually varied. The unifying feature of these agreements is the legal consequences of implementation of the lease goals and interaction of the lease facilities.
