| Annotation: | The article examines the number of questions concerning the features of control and supervision of the motor transport, as well as the current state and dynamics of development of the legal regulation and scientific developments in this area. Special attention is paid to the comparative legal analysis of the concepts «control» and «supervision» and to manifestation of their features in the field of the motor transport. It is established that the competition of the federal and regional legislation concerning control and supervising in the field of the motor transport doesn’t allow defining the clear strategy of compliance with the law and identification of violations of the motor transport. The reasoned judgments of the methods of its overcoming are stated. |
