BRIEF CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF THE CIVILIZATION TYPOLOGY OF THE STATES

| Annotation: | The article analyses the theories of cultural-historical types, civilization typology as a method of research in the context of overcoming the ontological, axiological, epistemological problems of the learning process in the general scientific context, from different ideological positions. The issue of the truth of knowledge about the subject and the object of study is examined. Definition of the category «cultural-historical type» is given from the position of the formational and civilization approach to the study of the state-legal phenomena. The author proposes the study of the phenomenon of the states from different ontological foundations, in the context of a complex mechanism of evolutionary self-development of the universe, nature, society, its determining factors, developing the new historical and philosophical categories. |
