SOME FEATURES OF QUALIFICATION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES ENCROACHING ON THE PROCEDURE OF PRESENTATION AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION AT THE FINANCIAL MARKETS

The article examines the elements of the legal structure of administrative offenses encroaching on the procedure of presentation and disclosure of information at the financial markets, namely, the administrative offense object, the objective side of an administrative offense, the subject of an administrative offense, the subjective side of an administrative offense; analyzes the concept of «provision of information», «disclosure of information», «distribution of information»; investigates the administrative and judicial and arbitral enforcement practice related to attracting corporations to administrative liability for failure to provide shareholder with the information on the activities of the company.
