| Annotation: | The article examines the procedure of adoption of municipal bye-laws in the Republic of Ireland. On the basis of the analysis of legal acts in the Republic of Ireland the authors detect some features of the adoption of municipal bye-laws and the areas of regulation of municipal bye-laws in Ireland. As a result of the research of the procedure of adoption of municipal bye-laws and considerable practice of its use in the Republic of Ireland, the authors come to the conclusion that the role of municipal byelaws could be potentially increased, which must be considered in further scientific developments in the area of municipal law. |
