Annotation: |
The article investigates the issues of unification of simplified forms of civil proceedings. Changes to the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation and the Arbitration Procedure Code, which entered into force on 1 June 2016, as well as to the Code of Administrative Procedure of the Russian Federation, which entered into force on May 6, 2016, have shown that the process of unification of the civil law in the context of development of simplified production involves preservation of the existing kinds of simplified forms of proceedings: writ, in absentia — in the civil process, simplified — in the arbitration and administrative proceedings, as well as the «interchange» simplified procedures that have proven effective in practice,— the introduction of civil proceedings and of simplified proceedings in arbitration process and administrative proceedings — writ proceedings. |
