QUESTIONS ADMINISTRATIVE DEPORTATION FROM THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION OF THE FOREIGN CITIZENS AND STATELESS PERSONS IN THE PRACTICE OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL PROCEEDINGS

The article studies the mechanism of administrative expulsion of foreign citizens or stateless persons from the Russian Federation. The conducted monitoring of constitutional court practices allowed identifying several key problems of the lawmaking and law enforcement nature arising from application of this type of administrative punishment. For example, the authors conclude that the problems arise during implementation of administrative expulsion of foreign citizens and stateless persons married to the citizens of the Russian Federation and having children with the Russian citizenship.
