EFFECTIVENESS OF PROTECTION OF THE SUBJECTIVE CIVIL RIGHT

| Annotation: | The analysis of the content of the effectiveness of protection of subjective civil rights and justification of the qualitative composition of signs of this concept on the basis of achievements as philosophical-legal and analytical-legal thought is conducted in the article, as well as necessity of improvement of legal activity identified by the science and practice of law. Assessment of the characteristics of the right protection effectiveness is provided. The main factors affecting degree of the right protection effectiveness are specified. The key criteria of subjective civil rights protection effectiveness are underlined, such as effectiveness of the current legal regulations, effectiveness of evaluation of the legal situation, effectiveness of decision-making in particular legal situation, and effectiveness of implementation of the method of subjective civil right protection. |
