| Annotation: | The article substantiates methodical approaches to assessment and management of urban aquatic facilities, which contribute to formation of modern comfortable urban environment and development of the real estate market. There are determined factors and conditions necessary for evaluation of water resource lands for urban purposes. There are revealed contradictions in the existing system of relations of participants of investment and construction projects of floating buildings and structures and there are proposed organizational economic tools to build a balanced relationship. There are investigated practice of management of urban aquatic facilities in the municipal entity «City of Astrakhan» and given recommendations for its improvement. |
