METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF DIAGNOSIS EXTERNAL MANIFESTATIONS OF THE INTERNAL CRISIS IN ENTREPRENEURIAL STRUCTURES

The article analyzes the signs of a possible unfavorable outcome of the enterprise’s economic activity. The methodology for diagnosing crisis phenomena offered by the author is based, at first, on the description of the list of management decisions aimed at optimizing the performance of a number of functions at the company: human resources management, production, motivation. All described solutions are systematized according to the stages of the crisis of business entities and are ranked according to the degree of depth of current crisis phenomena in the organization. Taking into account the life cycle of development of crisis phenomena in business entities, a conclusion was made about the «point of no return» — such a external manifestation of the internal crisis which occurrence leads a business entity to be most likely liquidated in the near future.
