WORLD EXPERIENCE OF TARIFF FORMATION OF ELECTRIC GRID COMPANIES

| Annotation: | According to the results of preliminary studies, the current system of tariff regulation in Russia does not contribute to the development of natural monopolies. In order to identify the prospects for the development of incentive regulation, the authors considers the world experience of electric grid companies’ tariff formation. The article presents the results of the study of the practice of tariff regulation of such countries as Great Britain, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Spain and others which principle of the policy of the power grid is based on the comparison study of analogues (benchmarking). Also the group of countries under study has the officially approved method of tariff regulation. |
