Annotation:

The article describes the algorithm for calculating the value of electronic information created within the organization. The article also considers the possibility of harmonization of salaries taking into account the factor of uncertainty when creating electronic information. The levels of wages built on the principle of the harmonious proportions are considered as a real incentive for skill improvement and training of employees. Since salaries are calculated according to the formula a Gaussian distribution, this distribution has the moment of the first order and his assessment in the form of the average. This fact can be considered as a clear advantage of the method since this representation allows estimating the average salary at the company
