| Annotation: | The article considers problems of creation of a network of small innovative enterprises and support of innovative reproduction in the framework of the state innovation policy in the Russian regions. The analysis shows that the existing interregional disproportions in the globalized world system determine the need to develop fundamentally new tools of diagnostics of the level of innovative development of regions. The article considers the problem of improving the efficiency of state management of innovation stimulation at the federal and regional levels. |
