Annotation:

Today the business enterprises of the real sector of the economy face very acute problems of development. This issue is discussed on the example of the Rostov region’s dairy industry which players are very dependent on harmonious interaction with government agencies and milk and milk products consumers. Efficient cooperation between the state, business and science to meet consumers’ needs as for this industry opens up opportunities and new prospects that is very important from the standpoint of ensuring the population with food products. Today measures initiated by various actors of these interactions and aimed at solving problems, uncovering the marketing potential and development are about to be implemented.
