| Annotation: | The article considers the significance of development of ecological innovations for preservation of the Baikal region environment. The article provides assessment of efficiency of innovative activities of the Baikal region industrial sector on the basis of definition and comparison of efficiency of investment and technological level of production. The article identifies features of impact of economic activity on the environment of the regions which are a part of the Baikal natural area. Performed comparative analysis allows conclusion that introduction of ecological innovations is a mean of solution for many production tasks of economic entities of the Baikal region. |
