Annotation:

The article considers the main aspects of using the Internet and its derivative, i.e. social networks, to promote and position the energy company as a modern and dynamic enterprise. The article examines SMM tools and technologies for company promotion in the framework of official communities in the social network «VKontakte». Using the example of two energy companies in Novosibirsk, the author illustrates the use of SMM tools and their placement in a community (group). Based on the analysis, conclusions are drawn that allow us to characterize the role and significance of modern forms of Internet promotion of the company and its reflection in the social network «VKontakte».
