| Annotation: | The research is aimed to discover the factors stimulating the labor migration growth trend of the Russian universities graduates. The paper characterizes the growth rates and determines the factors increasing the youth orientation to building their career abroad. The paper also specifies the stages of an emerging intention to move and identifies indicators thereof. The authors approbate the diagnostic tools and receive the results characterizing the distribution of the graduates based on the «level of determinacy for labor migration». Finally, the authors suggest regulatory measures to implement return labor migration policy. |
