In this article the author offers to consider the management of the reproduction of labor power on the basis of the theory of constraints. In relation to the management of reproduction process constraints mean all circumstances that restrain the achievement of the stated goal. The article offers the indicators to be used for assessment of availability of personnel to agricultural organizations. The article also analyzes the state of employment of graduates of higher and secondary educational institutions of an agricultural profile. The rules are formulated as for the management of the reproduction of the labor power, constraints are identified, measures are elaborated to eliminate existing problems. Realization of measures in the offered direction allows increasing the overall efficiency of the system.
