| Annotation: | The article is devoted to modern approaches to managing energy-saving innovations at oil and gas enterprises. Different management approaches are considered, existing problems are identified that hinder development of enterprises in terms of management of energy-saving innovations. The study substantiates the need for introducing energy-saving innovations and studies the theoretical nature of energy-efficient management. In this regard, recommendations are given concerning organization of innovations management, which have a significant influence on improving energy efficiency and sustainability of oil and gas enterprises in terms of energy saving. An economically advantageous model of managing energy-saving innovations is offered. |
