| Annotation: | The article describes the main expected results of the implementation of the state policy of regional development. Main problems, strengths and weaknesses of the region are critically reevaluated. Specified priorities of development are agriculture, investment attractiveness, culture and tourism, human capital. The article identifies factors of development, threats and opportunities offered by the authors of the projects which will serve as the foundation for the stable development of the region. As participants in development projects, it is proposed to involve federal, regional and local authorities, private investors, citizens not indifferent to the life of the region are offered to be involved as participants in development projects. |
