| Annotation: | The article gives a retrospective analysis of changing approaches to interaction of the total quality management (TQM) and innovations. A positive view of the TQM influence on innovation is substantiated. Also the article examines the dynamics of increased multiplicativity of the TQM philosophy as well as, in this regard, the expansion of the area of influence on innovation. The analysis indicates clearly that the variables of continuous improvement of process management, corporate culture and TQM strategic planning are the tools of company innovation management. |
