Annotation:

The article is devoted to the issue of carrying out an anticorruption examination. The Methodology of carrying out of anticorruption examination of normative legal acts and projects of normative legal acts is analyzed; this methodology lists two groups of corruptogenic factors. A very important corruptogenic factor is legal and linguistic uncertainty. The potential of anti-corruption examination cannot be fully utilized for the following reasons: the methodology for carrying out an anti-corruption examination lacks references to methods and stages of conduct thereof; the corruptogenic factors are divided into two groups; legal and linguistic uncertainty is attributed to only one group of corruptogenic factors; the definition of legal and linguistic uncertainty is not aptly stated enough.
