| Annotation: | The present study deals with the analysis of innovations in the Civil Code relating to civil regulation in the field of finance. First, the author makes a brief review of the history of financial relations in the Russian Federation, and also represents the common opinion of the scientific community on the essence and subject of financial law and types of financial security at the micro and macro levels of the economy. Then, the author proceeds to the results of the study that contains information about important amendments to the Civil Code concerning financial relations. Summing up his research, the author affirms the positive changes in this direction and expresses the hope for further improvement. |
