| Annotation: | The article considers the trends of crime in the field of immigration law violations. Focuses on the complex social phenomenon of hidden illegal migration in the register, which turns into a lucrative underground economy, promoting the development of terrorism and extremism, and also leads to an increase of crime in the country. Analyzed socio-economic and legal causes of crime in the sphere of migration registration of citizens, foreign citizens and individuals without citizenship. In order to optimize the criminal laws proposed changes and additions to the criminal code of the Russian Federation. |
