| Annotation: | This article discusses the main notarial actions aimed at protecting the rights and legitimate interests of minors in the Russian Federation and specifies the main directions of this activity. Moreover this article contains a systematic list of the powers of a notary for the protection of the rights and freedoms of the child. In addition, the article characterizes the practical aspect and the efficiency of the institution of notarial protection of the rights and legitimate interests of minors. Also the article explains the importance of the protection of minors’ rights, analyzes objectives of the state policy of the Russian Federation in the field of protection of rights and legitimate interests of minors. |
