PROBLEMS OF LEGAL LIABILITY OF OFFICIALS OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT BODIES IN MUNICIPAL LAW

In this article the author discusses and describes basic terms and definitions on the research topic. The work attempts to justify of conflicts of laws of the Russian Federation in the sphere of liability of local self-government bodies. The types of legal liability of local self-government bodies and officials are considered as separate aspect of the paper. The paper also identifies and defines gaps in law enforcement practice on the topic of research. In conclusion the article provides suggestions for optimization and improvement of the legislation regulating bases of liability of local self-government bodies.
