| Annotation: | The article analyzes amendments entered to legal regulation of seizure of land plots and other real estate units for the state and municipal needs. Special attention is paid to the innovations that affect guarantees of the rights and legitimate interests of owners of the withdrawn property, in particular the order of definition of a type and the amount of compensation. The author comes to the conclusion that guarantees of the rights and legitimate interests of the former owners have to be expressed not only in ensuring timely and full compensation, but also observance of the conditions and the order of withdrawal for the state and municipal needs. |
