PRESIDENTIAL DECREE AS ONE OF THE TYPES OF LAWMAKING

| Annotation: | In this article the author tries to analyze the law-making activities of the President, delineate the concepts of «decree» and «order», and also to classify the decrees of the President. The President of Azerbaijan accepts certain acts. These legal acts reflect the daily activities of the President. These acts are generally evaluated in different ways in the legal literature. For the present the legal literature has not formed a stable opinion on the legal nature of these acts, their place in the system of legal acts. The decrees are the image of the activities of the head of executive power. According to the legal significance, the acts of the President are not currently in arrears of other acts included in the system of legislation. |
