RELEVANT PROBLEMS OF INTRODUCING A PROFESSIONAL TEACHER STANDARD IN THE CONTEXT OF THE MANAGEMENT CYCLE APPLICATION

Annotation:

The article is devoted to the disclosure of one of the priority problems of modernization of modern education ‑ the introduction of the professional standard of the teacher. The problem is connected, on the one hand, with the correctness of the use in the standard of the concepts of economic science, including the management cycle; on the other hand, the need to modernize the process of training and retraining of teachers, taking into account the management of pedagogical activity. The method of comparative‑comparative analysis of the problem was used; the emphasis was placed on the systematization of the categorical‑conceptual apparatus of the standard. The authors present their vision of ways and means of solving the problem. The main conclusion is that if we modernize the process of preparing students in a pedagogical college and retraining teachers in the context of a management cycle, then this optimizes the process of adapting to the proposed circumstances of pedagogical activity. The article suggests ways to optimize this process: adjusting the basic educational program for the teacher’s training, taking into account the requirements of the professional standard for the formation of “necessary knowledge”, “necessary skills”, “labor actions”; the introduction of a national system of teacher growth in the framework of a single federal assessment; formation of skills to develop an individual educational route for a personal professional plan; realization of the person‑oriented approach in preparation of the “teacher‑manager” of the educational process. Improvement of qualifications is suggested to be carried out according to the developed program, which will help to master all the stages of school team management: from analysis and forecast to monitoring and evaluation of the result of activity, and correction of educational and upbringing process in conditions of “situational” management.
