PRECOMPETITIVE TRAINING OF THE HIGHLY SKILLED SWIMMERS-SPRINTERS

| Annotation: | The results of research of effectiveness of competitive activity of swimmers‑sprinters of high qualification demonstrating low effectiveness are presented in the article. The factors causing effectiveness of competitive activity of swimmers are defined: insufficiently developed psychological qualities of swimmers; not rational planning of loading (volume and intensity) at a precompetitive stage; not rational distribution of forces to distances. The content and a technique of precompetitive training of swimmers‑sprinters of high qualification developed by us are submitted, which include special, psychological and tactical training of swimmers. Carrying out two pedagogical experiments by preparation for competitions has shown essential advantage of effectiveness of competitive activity of swimmers of experimental group over the swimmers of the control group. |
