FORMATION OF THE ELEMENTS OF THE MECHANISM OF PRODUCTION ACTIVITY PLANNING AT THE MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISE

The article examines the significant problems of planning of production activities at the machine‑building enterprise, with the increasing instability of the factors of the external and internal environment and the increasing of uncertainty of the economic indicators. The importance of the scenario forecast in development of the elements of the planning mechanism, as well as difficulties arising in the process of implementation of the scenario plans are noted. The concept of planning at the enterprise in the conditions of the order production with the use of a certain set of scenarios, economic and mathematical modeling and application of ERP‑, MES‑platforms as an integrated information environment is formed. As a result of the analysis of the approaches used to planning, an economic and mathematical model is proposed as an element of the mechanism that makes up the financial and economic management of the enterprise. The reasoned choice of possible outcomes of scenarios by the variants of the production program in the conditions of uncertainty meeting the criterion of maximization of some function of the profit indicator is given. The proposed elements of the mechanism of production planning will allow determining the level of profitability for each variant of the production program at the given prices, taking into account the feedback of the iterative process, as well as calculating the prices of new products using an individual level of profitability and determining the possible price discount in terms of profit maximization. A reasonable choice of the most effective variant of the production program of a machine‑building enterprise with a discrete type of production, taking into account the emergence of uncertainty factors, will provide possible profit maximization in the period of unstable economic condition and risk reduction.
