The aim of the research is to substantiate the usage of an integrated approach in the training sessions of the physical impaired (PI) volleyball players in the preparatory period of the annual cycle of training at the stage of sports improvement. Two groups of athletes were formed; each one consists of 7 people. 1 group — PI volleyball players. Sport level: master of sports in sitting volleyball. 2 group — healthy volleyball players. Evaluation of functional training of athletes was carried out using Martine‑Kushelevsky test, modified for the physical impaired athletes. Pedagogical testing included the following tests: which presented in the Federal standard of sports training in the sport of persons with PI, for determining the special physical and technical preparedness. The technique of K. Rogers, R. Diamond was used for the diagnosis of social and psychological adaptation. Statistical data processing was carried out using the program Statistica‑6. Results of the investigate is shown, that the athletes of group 1 compared to group 2 have a significant advantage in technical and special physical training, yielding to healthy athletes in strength endurance of abdominal muscles. In assessing the response of the cardiovascular system to the standard stress, no significant differences were found. Based on the researches, we have developed a technique of training sessions for PI volleyball players, which provide an integrated approach in the process of sports training. Implementation of the integrated approach was carried out by including in training process the educational‑integrated game. Using of an integrated approach in the training process of highly skilled PI volleyball players had a positive impact on the level of physical, technical readiness, and their psychological adaptation. |
